Bamboo Toothbrush

1. The Handle
The handle is made of 100% biodegradable Moso bamboo, an environmentally sustainable timber harvested from Zhejiang province in China.  It is heat-treated to carbonize making it water resistant which prevents the growth of microbes during normal use.

2. The Bristles
Our toothbrush was thoughtfully designed with soft bristles to avoid damaging the enamel of the teeth and receding of the gums caused by over brushing using medium and hard bristles.  For safer and healthier teeth and gums, most dentist advise a soft-bristled toothbrush.  Our bristles are made from soft BPA-free nylon DuPont with high elasticity, longer lifetime, and better anti-deformation.  And for a better dental hygiene we infused our bristles with charcoal.  Activated charcoal is popularly known for pulling out toxins and enhances the whitening of teeth.  

3. Eco-Friendly
Our Environmental Toothbrush handle can be disposed of safely by returning to earth in compost or landfill and will decompose around 6 months unlike the plastic one that can take more than 450 years to fully break down. By switching to using a Bamboo Toothbrush you can actually help the planet. 

Please note that as the bristles are made from BPA-free nylon, we advise that you break the brush from the handle and dispose it in your black bin.
